Founded several successful P&C MGAs and Claims Adjudication organizations that focus on business profitability and growth ranging to $50M in annual premium volume.
Bought, sold and/or liquidated several MGA businesses for multiples of EBITDA.
Built Analytics-Based MGAs that combine strategy, underwriting disciplines, pricing, claims mitigation and marketing using various management and actuarial-based models.
Overhauled & turned around unprofitable & inefficient programs, products and lines of business to achieve profitability targets.
